I believe he is more in touch with what the people of the High Country wants and needs. I watched the debate in Ashe county the other night.... Ms. Foxx is so, so out of touch with the middleclass. She is a little embarrassing.

The following is the reason I support Representative Foxx. She opposes the liberal socialistic agenda of out of control spending that is putting our children and grandchildren in a debt they can never repay. She opposes higher taxes that cripples the economy and puts people out of jobs. She opposes socialistic government control of the citizens individual rights to pursue their dreams of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. She supports legislation that will grow the economy through good business practices that will once again provide jobs for the people of her district and this country . She supports legislation that will keep us free from a dictatorial government that would control ever aspect of our lives. She supports legislation that will provide an adequate defense against enemies that want to destroy our lives and the freedom we have. Most important she supports our right to individual liberty that we may pursue our dreams of life, liberty and freedom, that Patriots from all over this country have fought and many died to preserve this gift bequeathed us from the Founding Fathers. These and many other things she has done for her district and her country. President Kennedy at his inaugural address of 1989 said this: Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what can you do for your country.

Virginia Fox has done absolutely nothing to help keep or attract jobs to NC. She keeps saying the same things that obviously didn't work when republicans had control for years...just give more tax breaks to the wealthy. Seems like we all should realize by now that the trickle down theory hasn't worked. Let's get someone in there with some new ideas.

Earlier today, I heard Kennedy on the radio bragging about how CONSERVATIVE he was, and how he was endorsed by the CONSERVATIVE Winston-Salem Journal. Biggest whopper I've heard in the campaign so far.

All that you have written sounds very promising, but you do not get things done by support, taxing the little man and not the wealthy 1%, and very conservative with her money and spends ours, after all she supported George W. Bush and look what he did to this country and how many young men have lost their lives for a war that should never have been,IRAQ. I am sure she votes straight Republican on everything that comes to her desk. Thanks for the quote by President Kennedy, Republicans always quote what a Democrat President has to say.

Thats BS. I went to Washington, DC , with my family and tried to get into the White House. I had no idea you had to put your request in in advance, and had no luck, so I called my Congressional rep ((Virginia Fox.) I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. My Congressional did not help me and my family one iota! That is just hilarious! Maybe you should have called Obama....he's the one that lives there.
