I was friends when young with Bet and Rob. They were such a sweet and loving couple. Both were potters. Rob still has a pottery gallery in Sparta, NC. Their son Robin, also a potter, has a gallery in Weaverville, NC. I just saw a piece about Bet and Rob on a PBS travel channel. I did not know she had died since we did not keep in contact. We were all young and happy together, working as craftspeople and enjoying life. I know that everyone who knew Bet were so sorry to hear of her death and feeling a lot for Rob also. She was one of the sweetest people I ever met.
