This is wonderful for the folks n Vegas, now if the Washoe County School District would follow suit, then the air in the north could improve a slight amount too.

It still uses diesel as its base, and adds natural gass. If the true net cost is less. and/or it's cleaner burning it sounds better then nothing being changed.
