Well, now its up to the public to lend a hand. As a person who loves walking in the parks,usually with my dog, I see so much debris,broken glass, it makes me want to cry. Carry a plastic baggie, if you see garbage pick it up. It's not that hard,if everyone would pitch in a little we could save our parks from becoming completely trashed.
