Oprah Sues 3 Utah Companies

Oprah Winfrey and Dr. Mehmet Oz have sued three Utah companies, saying they had used their names and images to sell nutritional supplements without permission.

I was one of the unlucky ones to fall for this . I thought that because Oprah and Dr. Oz had Photos on the page that was selling it. It must be GREAT! I ordered some. Then made a copy of the add on my computer. OH NO! when the print out came out of the printer Dr. OZ and Oprahs photos were no longerthere.! I called back to cancel my order within 10 min. I was told I could not cancell my order because it was on it's way. I must say I was to pay $4.95 shipping for the FREE TRIAL! Well it turned out that they chagred me $85.00 because in the small print after 15 days you had Bott. sent bafck if you did not want to get charged!????? So it was a SCAM! After reporting this to my Bank. They told me to copy everything that I was to keep a record and send to them. Chase Bank was Wounderful. I felt sooo Stupid for falling for this SCAM! I hope you will read this and never order anything untill you check the company out. I ended up getting the Pills from Sprouts for $9.00
