On July 3 I was in a Fabric/Craft store in Grapevine next to PetSmart. I observed a man masturbating in the store.He seemed to be following ME and trying to get my attention.There were children alone in the next aisle in very close range. His description is as follows African American man approx. 6'4", 180lbs., tall slender build,shaved head, light goatee.He was dressed casually in shorts, T-shirt. When I told an employee of the situation,(after greatly holding my desire to kick him in the ass) he realized he was caught, and left the store. My husband was waiting outside in our car so I called him, described the man and my husband followed him to a white Mercedes Benz SUV, his Texas tag number was recorded and reported to the Grapevine police. The tag started with an R, the rest I cannot remember, but it was letters and numbers with no spaces. The police department has the tag and the store has the man on their security tape. Apparently he had been observed by the male employee as being in the store for more than an HOUR! Another concern this freaks car was parked in front of PET SMART. Lots of kids there...Please be on the lookout and be pro-active. It takes one second to ruin a child's life.
