Teen throngs have city thinking curfew

its just stupid i just turned 14 and im home when my parents tell me to be witch in the summer is between 9 and 10 cuz in toledo i think the curfew for every one between 13 and 17 is more for the damn adults cuz its so much easier to abduct us in the cark my friend gets stalked by a creepy dude bi daily so its adults who need curfew u should punish those who do wrong not every one

haha, you sound like every other person here, do you even know what you are talking about? southlake does not have teenage pregnancies or crack problems, a small amount of drugs, but you can find that anywhere, kicking kids out of lighted gathering places where cops can keep an eye on them would only make things worse. sometimes adults can be as whiny as the teenagers "causing all the trouble".

Teen cerfews are discriminaion and wrong... some teens have jobs. If teens are expected to study and do work with adult responsiblities they can at least be allowed at the mall. Don't get me wrong, crime is bad and needs to be taken care of, but cerfews REALLY won't help. For al you older people, don't you remember what it was like to be a teen? didn't u want to do somethinge to do besides school related events... not everyone likes school, sports or their house. Taken away rights from people is not a way to prevent crime. It's avoiding the real problem of them not having enough to do, or being repected. I understand how teens can be annoying, but some have it really hard. An this law is just plan out ridiculas.

Rachel, perhaps the teens could spend more time studying English grammar and spelling. You could certainly benefit from such an endeavor.
