House passes bill that bans drivers from sending text messages

What about ham Radio's why would they be any different than a Cell phone. You have to find a frequency, adjust frequency, adjust the volumn, you hold the mouth piece just like a cell phone. Could this Jeff Miller from Hudson possible be, KB1ILH Ham Radio operator from Charlton, MA? Cell phone and Ham Radio's hold the same danger. All objects taking the attention from the road should be banned...

Also the police department as well. They are talking on cell phones and their cb's and are not giving their full attention.
