Well I am sure to be blasted but is the Chiefs trip at the expense of the Ashburnham Taxpayers?

and I'm sure with all their oil profits, they could have easily afforded many ambulances, we are talking about a rich country that has now formed it's own government

I am not going to blast you, as it is a fair question. The answer is no, it is not. It is being funded by Mr. Paicos and private donations.

Truly this act of donating the ambulance is noble and I hope that other communities follow our example. This is one of the brighter spots that Ashburnham has had in some time.

Tax payer asks, "Well I am sure to be blasted but is the Chiefs trip at the expense of the Ashburnham Taxpayers?"

The Chief is too honest to do something like that. That is part of the problem in Ashburnham these days, few people trust anyone.

Funded by Mr. Paicos yeah after we paid him his buy out so guess what the taxpayers are paying for the trip just not directly. As far as the Chief he will do anything for a photo op and he better be taking vacation time for this trip or the town is paying again but this time directly.

Read the article-Ashburnham had nothing to do with the donation other than the Chief finding the ambulance in the Southboro/Hopkinton area.

Funny how the loudest negative voices so often have their facts wrong.
