In search of a long lost friend

I'm in search of a friend from my childhood (which was spent primarily in Olive Branch)it's incredibly important that I find him. Having been cursed with a poor memory, I don't recall his last name. Though its also been almost 13 years since last I saw him, so I contribute much of the fuzziness to that as well. His first name, however, was/is Devin. He would be in his early twenties now. When we were children we were very very close. He played soccer and lived in the Candlelight Mobile Estates. He had a sister who was just a baby at the time if I remember correctly. Unfortunately events took place that separated us without my ever getting to say goodbye or leave a way to stay in contact, and to be honest it's bothered me for many years. I've run every search engine known to man, and this is a sort of last resort. I'm not going to give up the search for him, but this is one of my only solid options. I plan to make a trip up to the mobile park soon if I've still not had any luck. If anyone could provide any help I would be forever grateful. This search has been going on for many exhausting months. Please, if you've any information, help reunite two long lost friends.
