If i was you I would look else where.
These apartments are cheaply built.
You pay 800 month to hear your neighber take a sh?? no thinks.
Old carpets, never been cleaned.
All in all find something better. Trust me.

I enjoyed my time at the apartments. I guess it was short term-nothing bad to say....

I live currently in Phase II and I enjoy living here. It was new when I arrived, as far as cheaply built, thats not true. I never hear any neighbors at all, it is one of the best in the area. I will say the rent is high, but well worth it. The maintenance crews due an excellent job in responding to whatever needs to be done. They keep the grounds/ flowers and the area totally immaculate. Its very quiet, and one other important feature.. its gated !!! This is a huge factor for anyone living alone.. only way they can get in is thru the gate.. calling you, etc.. unless of course they tailgate.. but if they do not know where your building or apartment is.. they cant locate you. So I think its one of the best in the area.
