In Canada, the legal tobacco industry is being forced out but illegal sales from natives are thriving. There are no age restrictions when buying tobbaco from the natives.

I live near the Rez in Mastic and true enough ai'nt REALLY any indians there anymore and has not been in a Loooong time.
