Southampton watches out for scammers

I find it amazing that a town the size of Southampton would have police officers catch and release these individuals and just a few days ago a very small town (Wales) officers investigated and arrested a group of individuals doing the exact same thing.

If those kids grow up thinking that's ok they won;t make it through the adult justice system.
