I just want to point something out. Please don't respond saying that you don't watch t.v., you don't use the phone and you don't spend much time at the house. I had someone move in several years ago. He said that he didn't do any of the above. Just so he wouldn't have to pay anything. So I agreed to it and let him move in. That was a big mistake, the above was a complete opposite. He watched t.v. all the time, he was on my phone and was home all the time. I told him that if he uses he needs to contribute. After I told him that world war started. He wouldn't pay the rent or anything else. So I evicted him. Turned out from one of his friends that he is a freeloader.

This is what I don't want from someone. I don't care if you are home 24/7 or away. I really don't care either way as this is your home. It's only fair that we split everything 50/50, except for my cell, that I pay for of course or we can add a family plan and split it. I want to live comfortably and I want the same for you. I also want to get a 2nd roommate as well which we can talk about, this way it will lower both OUR expenses. I'm not here to make a profit like some other people do. I'm a fair guy and we all need help, times are really tough for all of us.(Sorry for the rambling.)
