Ohio man struck by vehicle, killed

An Ohio man was killed Tuesday night when he was struck by a vehicle on U.S. 23.

I don't think you have a right to call her stupid. Salyers had just got out of jail in Portsmouth and was dropped off across the bridge in Ky by the Police dept. He was standing in the middle of the road and two others swirved to miss him. They don't know why he was standing in the middle of the road. Maybe he wanted to be hit and maybe his mind waasn't right at the time, but no one may ever know the answers. I know the family well and there is just no answers. But before calling anyone stupid find out what happen first.

Britt, from what I understand there were three vehicles, the first one swerved one way, the second one swerved another way and this poor lady had no where to go and had no idea why the other vehicles swerved. Both her and her daughter are having a difficult time dealing with this and 'stupid' comments like yours doesn't help the situation. If you don't know anything about it, please keep your comments to yourself. Thanks.
