Vote No, on beer sells in Bloom Twp. The Firehouse at Ashley Corner is wanting to sell beer, thats the last thing we need around here. For those of the area wanting beer drive a few more miles to the end of 140, then look what walks in and out of the store... Lets take pride of our township......

Just say YES! I for one will be voting YES for beer sales!

It is not what goes into the mouth, it is what comes out.

Remember? Jesus drank wine and he was a pretty good fellow.

You aren't the real reverend. A real reverend wouldn't want that "demon rum" to be sold around children .

I see nothing wrong with them sell beer if they want to, just because people drink doesn't make them dirty or nasty drunks... People can abuse anything, to me the drugs in this area are a bigger concern than beer sales. And just because u drink doesn't mean u do drugs either. Most of the nicer places we eat sell beer and drinks but u don't have to drink. And if teenagers are going to get beer they are going to sneak and get beer they have for years and it won't change if the Boy's at the end of Ashley Corner start selling it !!! I think smoking is a nasty habit and it also is addicting but I don't trash or complain because the country store or Jeep fuel sells them..So I will vote yes if it will help there business more power to them....

Shows how stupid you are.The alcoholic would have never have become an alcoholic if he would never taken the first drink. As you will see, they sell cigarettes to minors, they will also do the same with the beer. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Stooge

First of all I'm not stupid and second of all you have no idea what ur talking about !!! And Jesus drank wine so I guess he was an alcoholic also? I drink every once in a while when out to dinner but I am far from an alcoholic.. People make there own choices to how much they drink just like smoking and buying lotto ticket so get off ur high horse and stop running ur mouth and if u are a christian then I'm sure glad I don't go to ur church and people like u are why people don't go to church because they see how u act and talk about people... So if I'm going to hell "faith for the family" I'll see u there... and by the way if u know so much about the store u must hang out there a lot to see them sale to minors all the time..

The more places there are to get alcohol, the more it will be sold. Teens have easy access to alcohol because every one of them knows someone of legal age who will buy it for them. In fact, I can see some adults who might use that "buying service" as a way to make a little money on the side. These adults are usually people with few friends, little money, and not much to lose. There are a lot of very poor people in Scioto County--Webster is no exception. There are other things people NEED to spend their money on. One other thought--how many more drunks do we need driving the curves of Route 140?
