Pathfork and Family

Having been born in Pathfork, I have many relatives there and many who have passed away. As a boy it was my greatest time to go and visit with all my relatives who treated me like their own child. I'll never forget one July 4th we went to a spring and put a watermelon in the cold water and swung on the vines. We had sack races and did all kinds of things that kids miss out on today. My heart goes out to the Craigs, Cheeks, Hensleys and other family in Pathfork who made me feel like I was truly special.

i lived in wallins for 10 years and then we moved after the '77 flood took everything we had, i loved going to the spout, and getting the good cool water, the water ran off of a cemetary and it was the best i have ever drank, i still have a few family members up terry's fork, i also had hensley's that i was related to.

Yes I know Irene Craig and her late husband James and all the children. Irene is my Great Aunt. She
still lives just below Lambert Hill by the railroad crossing.

Merry Christmas to all and may the rest of this holiday season turn out better than the start as I know several families are suffering with the tragic loss of the 4 teens and most recently the loss of two young men in Bledsoe. Irene is you're great aunt? that's my great mamaw. i'm pat's grand daughter.:)
