I do not understand why everyone thinks this happens only in Cullman. Maybe it is because they have a narrow perspective of the situation. You only study Cullman because you live here or you hate it so. Always wondered why you hate it what happened to you to hate this county and the people who live in it. I will say sorry for what ever happened to you and is there anything we can do to make it better. Anyways check out some other cities and see that they have the same thing going on. What needs to be done is take a proactive stand. Try volunteering. Go to a meeting at one of the churches and see what you can help with. Talk to the people incarcerated and see how you can help. Volunteer at Teen Challenge or The Foundry to see how to help. Talk to local law enforcement and see what you can do to help.
