He needs to go to jail for sure. She's 13 she know better. It's all his fault now that THEY are caught.

Calling an instance of molestation a tryst is inappropriate.

How come everyone want's to make it sound like the teacher is so bad (which I certainly don't agree with his behavior and he does deserve punishment), but nobody comments on the behavior of the mom. It sounds to me as if she was aware of the situation and enabled it, but once the cover was blown she changed her stance to protect herself. She deserves punishment as well.

As a parent of a 12 year old, this story makes me want to do some parental justice to that pedophile. I would bring in my gardening shears and shear off his part of his body that he has trouble keeping away from children. He is a demon!

Sad part, he will go to his sex offender classes once in prison. Once he graduates from the classes, he will be put in a "good job" within the prison and treated like a king.

I feel sorry for his family; I know of his two brothers. His mother is a well know real estate agent around Madison County.

As for the girl, not sure what to think. If my daughter needed help playing basketball; I am not sure I would leave my teenage daughter alone with a grown man while they practiced. It seems to me the mother knew what was going on and didn't report it until it became a problem. There is something being left out of that story.

Mr.C was a good teacher and was always nice to everyone. He was pretty cool. Then when basketball started, we thought something was goning on with him and the girl. What does not make since is, she is a good basketball player and she don't need help with basletball for the game. I understand that she is 13 years old and he is a 30 year old man. She should have known better, soo there for I think she should have gottn some kind of trouble. Mr.C does deserve punishment. But I think the girl does too. Soemthing is missing in this story..
