This decision should go on the ballot and voted by Citizens of South Shore. Regardless of where the money comes from this is illegal act being forced on the City Residents .

I will Vote agnist any one int there now. The water bill will go up like the sewer bill. Joe sure is lucky or------- dumping this old out dated water works on the City. I realy thought the mayor was a good one. I can't believe anyone is that stupid.
