take em to jail (kids) and switch their commissary list to kosher pickles and petroleum jelly...then they will not like jail and get released with a new "pimp limp" walk(period)

I just don't see this plan working... getting members to interact with the po-po. That would be letting down their guard. Not likley.
A couple of years back So.S.F. sent out questionnaires that asked about the area that people lived in. It was a anonymous return note, that was to give them needed inside information about problems in areas they no nothing about.
By doing this, problem area's became safer, as the source of the problems became clearer. Most people want to call the police in certain situations but will not due to repercussion back on their part. So they put up with the problems with a sense of fear.
The city would be better off staging members of both sides with boxing matchs,in the middle of Orange Park. Good Luck.

The so.sanfrancisco police department is a joke most of the police can't tell the difference between gang members and regular kids on the street they need better training because the training they have had is no good they don't even no how to address civilians
