Ruiz should be angry at his parent's who took the chance, broke our laws and didn't consider him. Thousands have done this. It's illegal. When will the parent's begin to pay the consequences of breaking in to another Country and setting up housekeeping. They can't give breaks to thousands of illegals and set a prescident that breaking our laws are really no big deal.

This rally sounds like a good opportunity to round up several more illegals.

The problem is they "think" this IS their home.

Personally, I they are interlopers, invaders. They make me think of those Russian Sleeper Cells that have been awakened.

A quote from Nikita Khrushchev: "I once said, "We will bury you," and I got into trouble with it. Of course we will not bury you with a shovel. Your own working class will bury you."

I never imagined by working class he meant illegals.

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officials said they prioritize deportation of "criminal aliens" and "those who have previously been removed from the United States."

CAN'T HE READ?!!! Illegal aliens and their sympathizers, for some reason, think it unlawful to deport illegal aliens. They want us to make an exception to the few laws we still try to enforce.

They also believe that since a "child" SAYS this is the only country they know, that's reason enough for them to stay...nevermind the fact that their parents came over not speaking a word of Engish, and continue to do so, and left the only country they knew...why can't the kiddies do the reverse?

Oh, don't pay any attention when they say they barely understand the language! They have been speaking fluent Spanish at home, where their parents don't speak English!!!!
This has turned into such a game that has worn thin. I hope ICE is smart enough to just put his illegal alien butt on a plane a day early, so that when the protestors show, he ain't there!!!

One more thing. Please note how they talk about the hostility of mexican towards them. Part of the reason is because they go back with an attitude they are better because they come from US. They are also use to being taken care of, fed, while attending school, etc., that ain't happening in mehico!

Rally planned for San Jose man facing redeportation.

First of all this is not a San Jose man, he is a illegal alien who's been hiding out in San Jose. This guy committed a felony by coming back into the country. He speaks Spanish because his parents speak Spanish, i bet they still can not speak English. His parents are to blame for the mess in his life.

Any rally just shows disrespect for US law. This illegal alien is a citizen of Mexico. Go back to the country your countryman made for you. There you have 100% Hispanic voters, you should be happy!

ANOTHER chance for all you ignorant haters to show how very little you understand about the world. Maybe you should travel a little, or read something written by someone other than a Tea Party Know-Nothing, rather than show your ignorant prejudices. You haters make all Americans look bad

So....... wanting our laws enforced shows a lack of understanding the world?

Go tell it to the Mexican government. You won't get anymore sympathy there than here.

Criminals aren't welcome.

what did he do to get caught the first time? we all know they don't go hunting for illegal aliens anymore for being illegal aliens, they have to break a law to get their attention. then he admits to breaking another law,a felony by coming back and gets caught again.

deport is the only answer after he serves the max in prison for coming back after being deported.anything else is special treatment.

Most of you are cold-heated and have no empathy for another human being . Life has a way of turning the tables and I hope that some day you are all in similar situations .

the only discrimination i see is against American citizens by traitors who side with illegal aliens.

there is no excuses and everything they have to say is nonsense. like all criminals and most in office will say and do anything to get fools to believe them.

this is more proof that not enforcing laws to the fullest without petty excuses causes problems. we have border patrol and ice who need to go bust up this criminal rally.

No haters, slam the parents in the bus along with him. Afterall, they are the ones who started the whole thing. Everyone one should go at once, including the anchor babies, who can TRY to come back after the age of 18...supporting them until that time is the parent's irresponsibility!

So how can you hold it against someone to want to come here and work and try to make a better life for theirself and their family? Iam not talking about those that come here and get involved in violent crimes --but honestly most illegals once they get here they try to stay out of trouble because they know if they get in trouble they are going to be deported .

I don't know about Magadala, but I have a real problem with people who's idea of starting a new life is by breaking the law of their host country.

The U.S. has some of the most lenient immigration laws in the world. If you can't come here legally, don't come at all.
