I live in this neighborhood and I take offense to your comment about SSL. I had my window open and they just didn't bust the door down, they announced themselves. And he didn't just shoot once, I heard 3 gunshots. I for one am greatful for the police and the great job they did at ridding my neighborhood of scum like Mr.Cabibi. He broke the law and needs to be delt with.

it is also illigal to not answer or respect a cop. by the way offices dont just go around on their own free will and do stuff like that, it is a job requiermint to address complants and insubordanance. if that officer got told to go to that house at that time from a high supream than he is under oth to do so. being an offier is not a dimorocy it is a rule and people every day dont under stand that. haveing a local cop get shot and killed in my comunity today from a local, and than hearing that, i feel sorry for our country when we put our law inforsers under the law. to support our officers is a way to support our country, now we know where you stan

The officer has a false sence of protection. He also believed he was going to make demands, and control the "situation"at hand.Like so oftend happens law enforcement has the false belief that "if they say it,you'll do it!".He should have kept his guard up,and not been thinking of the next doughnut.

Well my son is the 18 year old that was in that apartment and I must say I thank God and the POLICE for there intervention there. I am hoping and praying that this is the wake up cll that he needed to get his life straight and get out of the gangs. I would like to publicly tell the JCAT officers that I am sorry for the injury to one of their officers, and thank you for not killing my son. And to yu Brad, I know that I am just your step dad, but I am crying as I write these words, I LOVE YOU, not as a step son, but as my son, and I only want the best for you.

Why do the police or the courts, keep letting this little prick out?? Says in article that he is known to be dangerous has been arrested 64 times and WHAT? Released everytime? What is actually wrong with you people? What is he here illegally? so its ok for what ever he does. Wake up and take care of the business of getting these little want to be trash out of society. Maybe now that he has shot and thank god not killed an officer MAYBE, JUST MAYBE you will actually do something about him. A bullet in his head would save a lot of time and money. Just a suggestion that I know you think is wrong, but enough is enough. If an eye for an eye is in the bible, translate that to a bullet for a bullet.
