Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon is proposing a 17.5 percent property tax increase that would increase the property tax bill on a $238,000 home by $64 per year.

The more you tax me, the less I spend to help the economy. Down to the very basics, use blanket to use less heat, candles use less electricity. No television, only internet. 6 year old cell phone, no land line. $23000.00 a year income, Gov takes nearly half. If you need more taxes, you better tax those that have more than enough, I am tapped out as is all those like me.
