I have made 3 reports to leasing agents here at site, their aware of them. Have received other complaints, but won't enforce!! The maintenance men actually spoke with the tenants, at the time the dogs were off the leashes. The tenant kept them on a leash for 2 days and hasn't since. The apartment rental agreement forbids even allowing them.... I'm a disabled, senior and frightened, these dogs have have ran up to me ready to jump or attack each time. I barely make away from them. I can't run, bend, or protect myself in anyway. I don't want to be a trouble maker, but sincerely fear these dogs. Any suggestions, PLEASE!!!

You're talking to wrong people. The leasing agents are only contractors and don't give a hoot about anything but their monthly fees and commissions. TALK TO THE APARTMENT OWNERS and remind them that they are responsible for your protection from these vicious breed dogs. Follow it up in writing by registered mail that they have been officially warned about the possible dangers of having these dogs on the premises and if the dog owners don't have coverage for the dogs, all claims for bites and damages fall back on them which could run in the high six figures. Good Luck!
