Circle jerks were a widely known thing before you were born to understand how they came to be oh ignorant one. They didn't have computers with porn for visual sexual arousal. The porn magazine industry was just in it's infancy.
Males attracted to males would preform these "circle jerks" be it by two or several individuals. Females were also known to partake in the practice. Some of your vintage porn will have scenes with 'circle jerks'.
Thus the reasoning was sound that what Kimball said could happen did in fact happen. And in surveys of sex, most people surveyed admit that they began with masturbation and it led them to further sexual actions. Not tough to reason out. Not sure why you find it laughable?
You actually believe circle jerks happen because porn isn't available??? Is that what your 1978 encyclopedia says?
Allowing old lizards to control you right down to what parts of YOUR body you can and can't touch is truly pathetic. Money, callings, deeds, underwear, sexual preferences and habits, r rated movies, coffee, tea, alcohol, how you dress, piercings, tattoos and facial hair, questioning and or doubt equals Satan.....why would anyone allow old racist, homophobic mysogenists to take their money and control every aspect of their lives, even how they are supposed to (not)think? No wonder there are sooo many screwed up people in Utah. You sheep actually raise your poor children this way. it's only slightly milder than the FLDS brainwashing. Total cult think...sad.

Childish antics isn't going to make you right. The proof is that you don't have any proof he does need them. Prayer isn't a temple ceremony, it is an activity that can occur anywhere.
Still pathetic, and ignorant to boot.
You tell people God has no need of temples.
You have thus said God has told you to tell others that he doesn't need temples. Yet I didn't see your name in the NT for such a declaration.
And since you don't believe prophets exist today that have always revealed the word of the Lord for his people, you have set your self a liar to proclaim that you know what God knows and that you know that God doesn't use temples any more.
So as I said...
I said YOU HAVE NO PROOF THAT GOD WOULD NEVER USE TEMPLES AGAIN AFTER THE DEATH OF JESUS.

My, I didn't know you were such an expert on "circle jerks". You learn something new everyday. If it was so popular, how did anyone get anything done? Did Kimball catch some of the brethren doing this in the temple?
I was raised with the phrase. Just like you were and were raised with the phrase 'fake Mormon". Did that make you an expert on how to be a fake Mormon? Nope. Ignorance made you a fake Mormon. As you admitted of yourself on another site, the only time you learned anything about Mormonism was when "..you were forced to attend Sunday school."
So hearing and understanding about homosexual circle jerks didn't make me an expert on homosexual circle jerks.
But using your idiocy of reasoning, I read about astronauts and saw the Apollo 16 take off on tv so according to you I'm an expert on aeronautics to. And race car driving, dang! You have a lot of confidence in my learning capacity dude! Thanks for the compliment :)

Yes, we do, it's called the book of Leviticus. It describes what rituals were to be done and the book of Numbers lists off the animals slaughtered at the dedication of a temple. Hebrews also gives a good account of what they did and why. It's called the Bible, read it sometime.
You want to claim anything else was done, the burden of proof is on you. You have so much faith on things there is zero evidence of and even see the lack of evidence as proof you are right. That isn't fact or truth in my book.
Pathetic.
lolol...fricking what a clown! You made a statement you claimed was fact! Not I! Therefore it's up to you to show the burden of proof for your claim! lolol...You can't even get who said what correct! lol. Fricking to funny.
You claimed that all the rituals ever done in a temple can be found in the Bible. So prove it! Go find 3 on line rabbis and ask each if all the rituals did in the temples can be found in the Bible. If they agree you'll have evidence to prove your point. If they don't agree, you'll be wrong.
But you'll have to go to Jewish sources to prove your point and I'll be waiting :)

You have a little Carol in your today.
That's another funny right? lol. Your last link left information out and lied in what it stated for what you call it's "facts".
The fact you have to rely on anti-Mormon sites for information proves you known nothing about Mormon doctrine because you found it a waste of time to learn it.
So when you come here and declare you have all this 30 year Mormon knowledge, you're a liar. A person as learned as you claim to be should never ever have to rely on biased, prejudiced anti-Mormon sources.
If you were really as learned as you lie about, you'd be flipping off quotes and page sources to the d&c, pofgp, tg, bd, history of the church and such sources.

Actually, the reason you won't find proof of temple ordinances is because they were sacred. Unlike today, they didn't have the Internet to show off everything. Back then, they did form secret societies to prevent from being crucified.

Homosexual circle jerks are a by-gone word and the availability of web porn allows a person to explore their sexuality in the comfort of their own room with out others being there. That is why homosexual circle jerks were well known about in Kimball's time and why most wouldn't even understand the phrase today.
If you think a bunch of old lizards are mind controlling LDS kids, why don't you get a video camera and go to the BYU campus. Start telling kids you believe they've been brain washed not to have sex and not to have STDs or get knocked up to become single moms and dead beat dads or even to chose to be part time whores, strippers and prostitutes because their freedom of choice has been taken away by a bunch of old lizards and see what responses you get.

You really have no understanding of how the Bible came forth. You need to do some research and stop lying.

When a person changes other peoples post and then responds as if it was that persons words they are responding to, as you do... it's called LYING.

It gives you have zero credibility.

So, you waste your time when you post anything because nobody can depend on you because you change facts... to what you want them to be and taking away and adding to the facts just as the ancient RC in the Dark Ages.

You are a LIAR and nothing and nobody will change that except for you.

I realize you have followers. Liars and apostates always do.

No, no, no. Come on now, you made a statement so stick to it. You claimed...

So answer the question. How is it better to teach kids screwing who they want and any time they want is a good thing to do, that turning themselves into their own sexual whores, having sex as little or as often are both good choices, suffering STDS and early parenthood, becoming single moms and dead beat dads, drinking on occasion or once a day is a good thing, spending $ needed for important things (while a young adult)on weed and alcohol and parties is all a great and good thing.
We have kids in early to mid teens imitating older teens and kids in their college years and going to jail. Two seventeen year olds acting as their older adult counter parts, getting high and drinking and having sex as you state is a good and great thing to teach kids they have a right to doing, their now guilty of rape. And kids that were there drinking and smoking and partying like their adult counter parts, doing what you say they have a right to be doing, the grand jury is now going after what the law calls accomplices during and after the fact of a crime.
Know what? If the urgings of some 'old lizards' to youth employing them to think twice about sex, drugs, etc helps a kid not do what other kids do what you teach them they should do, to drink, get high, have sex, etc, I'll go with the old lizards any day.

I'll answer this one. These old grifters as you call them, they use to be parents. Parents that did their best to set examples for their kids of what not to do so they could live a great life without unwanted burdens, like STDS, early parent hood, trips to an abortion clinic, becoming an alcoholic or drug addict, forgetting what the word respect means, etc. Those are things American parents and parents all over the world once taught their kids.
So if a religion enforces what parents also believe and teach (hopefully by example)than that is a good thing.
Now if the parent doesn't care what the kid is doing, allows them room for choosing drinking, getting high, having early sexual relationships, than of course those parent wouldn't like the morals any one taught other wise.

why would any parent teach their kids to be promiscuous? Or engage in risky behaviors? You don't need a bunch of Alzheimer's riddled old bigots to grasp the concept.

There you go, going Carol again. Misrepresenting what I've said. God told me to bring the Gospel of Jesus to the Mormons. Only a small part of that message is that god no longer requires temples. Your intentional misrepresentations isn't going to save the mormon church. Yet you keep doing it.
And since you don't believe prophets exist today that have always revealed the word of the Lord for his people, you have set your self a liar to proclaim that you know what God knows and that you know that God doesn't use temples any more.

Yes, I do. He didn't tell the church to ever build them. Mormonism is suppose to be a "restoration" of the early church. The early church never built a temple, it never called for the need of a temple. It never taught a need for temple endowments. If temple endowments was so essential to our salvation, as Mormonism would have us believe, the early church would have been doing it. Jesus Christ would have commanded us to do it. That never happened. The main point of the Jewish was for the sacrificing of sin. Jesus was the last sacrifice, God has no need for more sacrificing of sin. God tore the temple veil, it is finish.
Your inability to come to terms with that, just like your inability to come to terms with Jesus forgiving the thief on the cross is your problem, not anyone else's.

God does not dwell in temples made with human hands.
Truly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise.
For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.

Did the astronauts on Apollo 16 "circle jerk"? You're the one claiming that "circle jerks" were common before the age of Playboy and the internet. Such knowledge must make you an expert on the subject. There was no internet when I was growing up, and I never heard of "circle jerks". None of my friends ever invited me to "circle jerk". I know I never wanted to masturbate in front of anyone else. I always considered it a private matter.
What source did you use to get the idea that it was "common"?
