Second, although Mr. Rodriquez's timing may not be the best, he is entiled to his opinion. What surprises me most are the number of comments regarding Mr. Rodriquez's ethnicity from self-proclaimed intellectuals. I refuse to believe that these thoughts just happened to surface as the result of the officer's death. I'm having a hard time deciding whose comment is nastiest. I can't wait to hear what you say about me. Oh...I'm black.

Racists are not only evil but incredibly ignorant. I'm white but have Hispanics and blacks in my family and there are NO problems...we all love each other and that's the way it should be.

Cops in America are extreamly racist and NO I have never been to jail and have absolutely NO criminal record. In fact I have a degree in business economics, I am a middle classed business man and I am only like 5 foot 8 inches and I am a very small half black half white guy with dark enough skin to draw attention. My car has no tinted windows and I have a regular looking sadan with no big rims or anything. So tell me why am I a victim of racial profile. And you know what its not even about the racial profiling. These cops are very nasty to minorities on a regular basis. I truly have no sympathy for this guy. Did anyone have sympathy for the black guys that were gunned down in Queens last summer or how about the hundreds of working class minorities that are profiled every day. I have seen police officers do some very horible things to blacks and I have also been in places with a group of suburban white kids and have seen the police let us go. So please dont speak on something you know nothing about. When black women are pulled over, they are treated like beast, but when white women are pulled over the police just flirt. You may or may not agree with this and I really don't care but don't dare act as if it isn't true
