Tennessee High School Football - Marion County trounced by Sout...

South Pittsburg Pirates fans were pleased Friday as they witnessed their football team trounce the visiting Marion County Warriors , 48-0 in a non-league game.

Marion County Warriors,done really good,Friday night,...they done the best they could do && that was great,...we were pleased with their performance,but no we didnt win.
We got some bad call's,that made it worse but our boys were jus frustrated with them...
but we were blessed to have been able to play them,and we will get them...no matter how long it takes we will beat them,and take them out,.
OUr seniors have taken us a long way...and they did fantastic friday night...

I live in the town of Bridgeport Alabama and my son is one of the players who took that team to victory and won the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP 2007 and this is his senior year and friday night will be his biggest game of the year so I just want to say go Pirates lets see another kick ass year all the way to the STATE love mom.

not so much in the 80's and at least sp didn't pull sick pranks on the marion county high school as in hanging a black cat and painted an orange stripe down its back. They are sick and twisted people and deserve everything they get.

I left SP in 55 for Rogersville TN and our paper only shows the class A rankings on Monday. I told some friends about SP football in the late 40's and early 50's. A teacher from our city school passed through SP on her way to First Monday in Scottsboro and saw the number of state titles. She said you all would have to revert to a large billboard if you all kept winning. Good luck in the playoffs.

I am very sorry that his mother died. I know how a death of a parent feels that part I do feel sorry for him on. However, I do not and will not feel sorry for him for whatever excuses that you give for why he killed Heather.
