All of you people on here crying about Royal Remanufacturing are hilarious. I've been with Royal for 6 plus years, and I've never experienced any of the things you guys are talking about. Did you ever think that if you came to work and actually did work instead of bitch, moan and complain all day that things would be better for you. I worked myself up from a line worker with no knowledge to a Team Lead and am in the process of working on getting moved up again. If you guys think working for Royal is a hard job, then I pitty you if you really had to work. It just sounds like a bunch of disgruntled employees bitching and crying because they actually had to do a little work!! Stop your fucking crying! Oh yeah...by the way...how is the job hunting going? Because as I see it we are as busy now as we have ever been and things with Coke are great! Idiots!

see another team lead without any knowledge.when i worked for royal it was not the job-it was the way management ran the place.ass kissers and bible toters came first.i bet if you get moved up again-you won't get a raise!!!!!team leads don't have to go through the same shit that the regular employees go through.we were the ones who worked our asses off to make you it easier for you guys to stand around kissing ass and sucking up.if you are a lead do you talk to your employees the way you are talking on here?WHAT A WAY TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY!GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!i know you are a dude because they dare not put a female in an authority position because they won't allow a woman to make them look bad, because they out worked the men when i worked there and probably still do!!!

You're awfully funny "dog"....actually we have 2 female leads at our plant. I started out there as a regular employee on the line and was never treated the way all of you are crying about. I've been moved up because I work hard and don't bitch and complain, and yes I have recieved my raise! Maybe you should have done something to deserve one. If you call doing whats expected of you "ass kissing" then you have bigger issues than this. Perhaps you'd make a wonderful "Greeter" at your local Wal-Mart, or maybe even a bagger at your local grocery store, it seems that all you can handle. I am also willing to bet that if you ask any of my employees if they feel as if they are treated wrong, I would guarntee you the response you would get is "NO". You know why? Because they know what is expected of them and they punch the clock get it done, without the bitching, and go home. So once again stop crying! For a place that you all hate, its funny that you took the time out of your schedule to cry online! LOL! Pathetic!

sorry that was supposed to be a reply to someone's comment and i thought it would post under their comment.
anyways all you people from texas and virgina and wherever who are saying these people from south pittsburg need to stop complaning need to come spend a month at the sp plant, cause everything they saying is true!! that place really is that damn bad!! since you people never worked this plant, you never had to deal with what we deal with, you aint got no business telling us to stop complaning!
i worked there for over two years i know this stuff is true. i didnt lay out of work and i am defiantly not lazy. i was qc and when i was there eric made us work over everyday. there were several days that we worked over 12 hrs(7pm or later) and had to fight to get them to let us have a break after 3pm.

i worked at royal for a few years and i learned the hard way bout this place. i always worked my ass off to do my job and do it right. when they see you are a good worker, they will take advantage of you, wanting more and more out of you. you better hope your partner isnt out because they will leave you by yourself and still expect the same production out as if you and your partner were working. i use to take the bullshit off them because i needed a job but u talk smart to me....u better bet ill have something smart to say back...the ones that walk around fucking off or fucking up the machinces are the ones that get all the praise. they dont give u a chance to pick ur speed up(new people)...after a few days they will send u back to staffing. hell it takes time to learn ur job. they dont talk to the men like they do the women but this woman didnt take their shit. ill dish it back to them. and it depends on who you are if any of your family can work there. suppose to have a policy family members cant work there together but there are several family members that work there. berore i quit they changed the break times form 10 mins to 8 mins. they say they didnt take any mins away but they did. the bell goes off at 8 mins and u got 2 mins to get to ur job.when its 100 plus degrees in there them 2 mins people want. so yes that place is not easy to work for. best suggestion if u work there or plan on working there is to fuck off all day, fuck shit up and lets not forget to kiss and suck ass and you'll have it made.

this place is all about covering up all of eric lecompte's fuck ups!!!!! He has never let any of the production managers do their jobs. He has always went behind them and cut their throat. He is so busy trying to run the place and when things go wrong he goes to his DADDY David Silverblatt and makes it look like he had nothing to do with it. He has covered up workmans comp claims so he would not get in trouble for it. He has pulled people in his office and threatened their jobs and denied it to others. He once showed a boy from staffing how to clean decks the wrong way so they would be ruined in order to get him fired and sent back staffing because the guy had been hurt in the army and he did not want him there. Way to support our troops!! I could go on for a while about things he has done but it don't really matter because as we know it is not what eric knows but it is who eric BLOWS!

i cant tell you how many times eric made qc & qa send bad machines out the door. we would try to argue but it didnt do any good he would give us a choice to send it out or find another job. but when the customers sent it back he would be the one coming to us wanting to know why we let something like that go out the door when we knew better. you cant tell them eric told you to cause he denies it then he fires you. so your stuck taking the fall for him alone. he is so bad about giving different people different answers to the same question.
what qc/qa was allowed to accept changed on a daily basis depending on what orlando was complaining about that day. we know the coke standard didnt change but coke wasnt the one who signed our checks. coke wasnt standing there everyday saying you do this like this or find another job. even if one thing a day changed that adds up to at least 20 changes a month. how is anyone supposed to keep up with that?

finally this company has done something smart. the production boss, danny johnson, was fired today. best thing they ever did. guess he will have to find him another team now. thats what he always said bout employess who didnt wanna do their job, they could find another team. guess hes eating those words now. never cared for this man. always picking on the ones who done their jobs. there has been alot of good ppl that got fired there after he came to work but he always had a good reason to fire them to hear him say. he needed to get rid of the suck faces and screw ups but suck faces never lose their jobs. all i can say they lost a good boss when they fired jim talley then brought danny in. bad move. all i can say is yippeeeeee

When he asks for that raise that everyone that works there and shows up everyday deserves once again, Ms. ROYAL a.k.a APRIL, AND ALL THE OTHER LOW LIFE ASS KISSING FAGETS that work there says and I Quote, "THERES A FREEZE ON RAISES"!
