Royal Remanufacturing

I hear that Royal Remanufacturing is fixing to close the doors on this place, that they've been laying off people & firing them left & right because they lost their contract with Coca Cola. Anyone know anything about this?

I have heard that too, I used to work there for a little while. That place needs to close, they are awful! Modern day slave drivers with piss poor management!

well lets see here, eric lacompt is still harassing people, yet he can steal copper from the company scrap, take it to C&D recyling and have a check made out to him even thou the company has an account with C&D, and of course the head (david s.)of the place covers for him with having him make up an expense report that the company has never done before. the new production manager danny johnson like to work injured workers past their limits that the dr's give them, then tell them " i know i am working you past your limits, but its ok, we are a team". jeremy long was another worked past his limits, and he ended up having surgery on his shoulder. valerie jones was told when her mother was about to die "to suck it up, and that things would get better". heard osha was called in, and management was running around getting mask for everyone, hiding acid that is used to clean decks and hiding spray paint from area's that is is used in all the time without proper ventalition. a fork lift driver was fired due to his distaste in harassment that he recieved from eric lacompt. chuck robinson and leanna mayes were fired for screwing in one of the trailors. so many drug are going around the place its not even funny. i can see why people stay and put up with the bullshit, there are no other jobs around, but to be honest this place needs to be shut down, they took time away from breaks and lunches, QA and QC are there till 7 or 8 sometimes due to danny johnson pushing machines that work is not completed on and they set in QA and QC waiting to get fixed by one or two fixers. anything else you would like to know?

Eric Lecompte is a crook from hell, he's got an 8th grade education from Louisiana from what I hear & is David's BOY, he can steal whatever he wants & get away with it, right in front of them. You always see him loading his truck out back with something!
Osha doesn't come in at the right times. They would shut them down!

I worked for royal for over a year.I was made a line lead then a supervisor after two months. Yet never recieved the supervisor pay. I was forced to get supervisor uniforms and pay for them. but never got my pay.Talk about a screw job.!!!!!
Wendall payne is a complete "Christian" ASS HOLE!!!! If you challenge there authority, you will be knocked down, even if your right. The only good manager they had was Jim Talley, And he was fired for Eric Lacompts Shortcommings. So All in all yes royal sucks And The managment sucks worse.Oh and yes I love my new job!!!!!!

that girl named amber that works there, she is so rude to everyone that goes thru her check out line. she acts so pissy like she hates her job with a passion. she never speaks to you and when she looks at you, she gotta a look on her face like she wants to kill you. i think that girl is still in high school too.they seriously need some more mature workers down there.her parents obviously didnt teach that girl manners! put her in a carpet mill for a week...she'll love working at foodland then...LOL
