When the City of Duarte brought in Burrtec, we where told that it would cost us less and we would have better service!
Well we the Citizen of Duarte got a SERVICED alright! The Burrtes wasn't cheaper and I spoke to one of the Trash Haulers and they said the City of Duarte was making money off the trash!
How many of you have rented a dumpster? They will only give you one dump and take it away. If you want a second dump, it will cost another DUMPSTER fee!
Remeber the old trash company, they would give you two or three dumps, before they charge you again!
Its time for Phil, Marget, Lois and the rest of the Crooks to go! IMPEACH NOW!
The old trash company was good loved the Red, White and Blue trucks. It was NEWCO Waste Systems, they got bought out by Waste Management years ago.

Dear Duarte Posters, You should watch
what you say about the Duarte Council.
I have many friends on the Council as
well as with Burrtec. I had trouble once
in my town with some punk fraternity.
I took care of them myself if you get
my drift. Don't make waves. Capish?
Yours Truly, Carmine DePasto
Mayor, Faber New Jersey
Hey Carmine if you are a girl Please disregard this. If you are any thing close to a man then I invite you to hobo your ass over here and I will pay your way home. Capish?

This is our community. And we all have a right to our beliefs and opinions. This is a public issue and the Duarte Clowns are on thin ice. We elected them and we can take them out. Capish?

You see it is as simple as this. Your friends work for us Capish again.

Carmine DePasto was the Mayor of Faber New Jersey, which was the home of Faber College,in which a fraternity called the Deltas conducted their business. Their members included Bluto, Otter, D-Day, Stork, Flounder, Pinto etc. They were the centerpiece of a movie called "Animal House". You win the prize as the most uninformed, ignorant, clueless dypshyt of the day.

Sorry to pull your covers there Pedro. But the fact remains you're just too dumb to understand. Nice speech there trying to deflect your ignorance by changing the subject. Whatta Mook.

NEWCO had a really great recycling program too. All the apartments had recycling barrels.

After we look into the trash deal, we need to audit all of the city contracts. We waste a lot of money and have very little reserves. The council and manager need to find big ways to start cutting back our city costs without the taxpayer footing the bill.

"Our citizens were paying for it before," Gaston said. "It's a matter of whether its paid for through their property taxes or actually showing up on their trash bill."

No, dumbass, now they're paying DOUBLE for it--once through property taxes that have not decreased, and once through an invoice from a private company at the behest of the city.

If I lived in Duarte, I'd refuse to pay the extra $1.85 to Burrtec.

I'd be tempted to refuse to pay Burrtec, but they're a nasty company that would simply stop your garbage pickup. It does sound like they're in bed with Duarte council and it's probably time for the citizens to revolt and demand another trash hauler be considered.

Burrtec and the Duarte City Council in bed together? Why not only are the in bed together, both are taking it in the anal pore for our money!
You can refuse Burrtec Trash service, they will take your trash cans away, BUT you will have to still pay the monthly F**k me bill!

Lets see, taxes, fees, utility increases as follows:
1. Edison, 2. Cal am water increase, 3. transit sales tax increase, 4. burrtec trash increase, 5. burrtec street sweeping charge (your property bill shows a charge for street sweeping) 6. Duarte School district considering another bond tax for everybody.

So whats next duarte??
