Cops in El Monte, California shot Kiki, a German shepherd, after entering a front yard in the course of investigating, apparently, a runaway teenager; they were visiting the home on an appointment, an hour late.

What a pile of shit the police officers are handing us, the video shows they are behind a 5 foot fence and they entered the place and I notice they even left the gate wide open when it said beware of dog. The dogs could have gotten out too. Not the smartest apples in the bunch.
