Would this money be restricted to road improvement or dumped in the General fund for use in funding the astronomical pension scams that City Hall UnionCrats extorted from the tax payers in return for campaign support? Are any of the three Union Hacks who are running for Mayor in support of this new tax? If so, we know it is a Big NO vote for any LA citizen with an IQ above that of a box of sea shells.
