L.A. puts up $1 million reward for Dorner
The city of Los Angeles put up $1 million in reward money Sunday for help catching Christopher Dorner, the renegade ex-cop accused of killing three people in a vendetta against his old department.

Dorner and the pursuing cops are costing the public more than tax dollars. The million dollar reward and replacement truck/s from charitable donations are bringing the public into the foray. The cops can't even pay for their trigger finger or tracking abilities.

All LA cops should be fitted with ankle-locked GPS trackers until Google Glass gets rolling. Once Google Glass is out, they should have to wear them in record mode 100% of the time on the job with all video footage streaming directly into publicly-accessible cloud storage. Let's call it PigTube.
