This is a real shame. Alarcon ideally represents the "quality" of personnel in Villar's dramatically devalued Los Angeles. No problem replacing her though. There are thousands of drunks and druggies just waiting for a Villar appointment to a $120,000 patronage job.

One question remains. Why do L.A. Democrats use their majority to elect people that Democratic voters in other Cities wouldn't trust to mow their lawns?
