He must have been under influence, and then immune to taser gun.

Wouldnt it be great if all foot/car pursuits ended this way?

The jails wouldnt be overpopulated, the cementeries would. In addition, imagine all of the money that would be saved in prosection/trial. Then the housing, the food/water/utilities. I think that would solve our economical crisis.

Well I guess the family of Danny should hire an attorney and sue the City. However, based on the information in the news article, the deceased clearly was out of control and a danger to everyone- including the Officers.

I look forward to your response.

That is an even better reason than the fact that he had just robbed somebody.

I laugh when fools assume what is written in a paper or what was said by cops is true.

It very well could be, but...

In my book, what cops claim gives it about a 25% chance of reliability.

A police officer is trained that in the event that they have to pull their weapon and discharge it, their lives [the police officers] are in imminent danger and they are trained to shoot to kill. This officer was doing as he was trained.

Whatever!! Somehow I doubt you are a "Law Abiding Citizen," something tells me you are a law abiding citizen like "Danny" in the article.

Most of the people that are disrespectful to our country's law enforcement want us all to believe that the police just go around shooting people for the heck of it. My husband has been in law enforcement for over 15 years and he has never discharged his weapon, and he has made many, many arrests.

Hats off to your husband and all of law enforcement for keeping us safe. They are the heroes of our society.

You surely are one of the dumbest people around. You are neck and neck with Russman626 for the distiction of Fool of the century. What makes you think that only 25 percent of what Police say is the truth? What is your basis for such an idiotic statement? Is it because you have been arrested many times in the past and have lied so much that you can't recognize truth? You're a sick person so I won't pick on you anymore. Do us all a favor and just go away somewhere and die.

Police are trained to shoot to kill, not to wound. Besides have you ever tried to shoot someone in the arm or leg when he is coming at you with 50,000 volts going through him and it doesn't even make him twitch? Quit being such a pilgrim and grow up. Geez, where to these people come from???
