Hey everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know that this is indeed Joshua J. Ruiz who attended Twin Lakes, Madrid and Mountain View (class of 1999) and my little brother's lifelong best friend.

This was a tragic ending to a young man so full of life. May you rest in peace buddy. We'll catch up on the other side.

I concur Mark.

Yes, Flo. Joshua Ruiz attended Mountain View High School, class of 1999.

My deepest condolences to the Ruiz Family: Christian Vaca-Ruiz (mother), Christianne (sister and Ralph Ruiz (father).
Josh was the sweetest, young man. I'm still in shock and disbelief, but it's true.

My son, David Bonilla, was his best friend since elementary school. My other son, Erick Bonilla
and myself will really miss him. All I can remember of Josh is his smile and laughter. It's very sad and unfortunate, since he was SOO YOUNG! I can't stop thinking: WHY??? He was soo young! I'm crying...

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Ruiz Family.

God Bless You All.

Rest in Peace Josh. You were like a son to me... We love you Josh! I will never forget your smile...

I sit here in shock. Josh was a student here at RHC, worked for me as a Peer advisor and then for EOPS as a Tutor. Josh house sat for me when I traveled,(and I'm sure had a few wild times in my house). I will miss his energy, loving compassion and sincere caring for others. He made me laugh so much and I will be forever grateful for his space in my life!

I am still hoping to wake up from a horrible dream brother. For the 22 years we knew each other nothing ever changed. You will always be my family, my brother and a very significant part of my life. To the Ruiz and Vaca family you know you can always count on me for whatever you may need. Always in my heart I love you bro.

Frickin sucks. We grow up in this world drive these damn machines and then the damn things can end up killing us. My Lord this is like the 50th Death on these damn San Gabriel Valley freeways, this year. Why don't they just close the damn freeways between 2 in the morning and 5 in the morning. That's where most of the crashes happen. This poor dude probably just messed up. This auto world sucks.
