Its time to wipe South Pasadena off the map. Build the 710 at grade level right down the center of town. Also, the state should order So Pas to build more affordable housing for the poor.

there's already alot of very cheap rentals. What we don't need is to make room, using taxpayer money, for more people who can't afford to live here
