I am planning to go to this lawyer I hope I make a right choice after all these negative remarks???

Rarely do I comment on these kind of things, but I have been disturbed by wife's case with this inept lawyer.

My wife and her parents have been dealing with him since 2007, have wasted over $10,000 and have gotten nothing resolved. He's given them false hopes and are always making mistakes with their paperwork. Just today they told my in-laws that they were denied their work permit even though they said they were 100% sure they were going to receive it.

What I found strange was that my in-laws were asked to make 2 money orders so that their firm can deliver it to immigration services. One of the orders was received, but the other wasn't. Hmm I wonder where it went? You get the picture right?

Ive been doing my research today about this guy and I am thankful to have ran into this page and witness that we are not the only victims. All the positive comments I've read have to be from his people, trying to cover up his bad image. You can tell by the short comments they have left.

I will spread the word about this lawyer for fucking over the woman I love. The internet is a powerful tool and I plan to use it well!

I asked my friend who studied law at Berkly and told him about this and if there is any way we can sue the guy. This was his response

"if hes an attorney he was probably pretty clever about making sure to not commit any promises in writing, and to get his victims to sign a bunch of paperwork releasing him from liability

i can't say one way or another because i don't have enough information, but odds are he's been doing this long enough to know how to get away with it"

I and husband decided not to go to him after all. Part of these comments are truth. We just went to three appointments and he tolded us the same story again and again. When I asked why we talk about the same situation he told me not to go again and send my husband by himself???( wonder why???)

i know there are a lot of upset people with Enriques firm, but you guys have to know that there are only 50 opinions out of the thousands of clients he had, you guys have to understand that their job is to do their best they can, and if u are going to judge him just because u have a bad record which happens in most cases then dont blame him, blame yourself for making unlawful choices, and for those who have no bad record, im sorry to hear he stole your money but i have been a client for abrou9t 3 years my case just got granted and i am very happy my husband can now stay home with me and my 3 kids, Enrique thank u for your work, i understand u have a heavy job the only thing i recommend you to do is get more staff because you do have a lot of clients i remember your receptionist telling me you get about 300 to 400 calls a day. Hola, quisiera dar mi opinion a todos los que estan diciendo que este abogado es muy caro. Lo bueno cuesta caro!! El servicio que yo tuve con mi caso fue excelente. Su personal es muy professional Estrella es un amor. Si su caso es de proceso consular, pidan que les ayude Estrella para que las cosas se hagan bien. Becareful when doing business with this attorney. I just had a horrible experience with his office in pasadena CA. His hook is to tell ppl that other attorneys botch applications and in return immigration delayes or denies applications. Because of his offices mistake, my application has been delayed for 5 months. In addition, all my personal and financial information in the application was lost becasue they included my fiancees wrong address back in her country. They take no accountability and their fees are twice as much as one would pay somewhere else. AVOID at all cost. dont let this happen to you.

In addition. I am working to file a lawsuit to get my money back. I called the CA bar association and they told me he is not registered in california. So my second guess is TEXAS. I will contact the Texar bar association, or where he is from, I Will also file a complaint with the Better Business Buerau to get my money back. I paid soo much for th elittle service I got.
