Los Angeles is a very bizarre City. It is the ONLY major City in the Nation where parents are so lame, dim witted, and irresponsible that they let the Teachers Unions control the School Board.

No one represents the L.A. CHILDRENS best interests on the LAUSB!!! Ouch. L.A. children deserve our Pity.

What makes LA parents so inferior to parents in other Cities?
