Did anyone ask "Why the DWP Electricians are paid 40% MORE than tax payer funded Utility Company Electricians are paid in ANY OTHER State? Did anyone ask why City Council voted to force our children to fund the most expensive Pensions in America for workers doing the exact same jobs?
