Is there a dog park in Pittsburgh for responsible dog owners? I spent <5 minutes at the Penn Hills dog park (Jefferson Road), and my dog was mounted twice and my leg once. I left immediately.

The owner did nothing but watch all three times. Then she told me not to come back as that is to be expected. Really?? Is it that common at dog parks that it an expected and accepted?

WOW, that's crazy....and pretty ignorant. I would definitely not accept this behavior. You need to speak up and tell the dog owners to take control of their dogs.

Sounds like a Chuckie Cheese where the kids do what ever the hell they want and the parents do nothing.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
