well i know Officer siefert pretty well and i have to say that he his a great guy and officer. Michael Berg i'm almost certain that you did something stupid to get that ticket other wise you wouldnt get one its as simple as that. yes, some cops are corrupt but Officer siefert is not one of them. He felt terrible after shooting that dog. i mean cops need to protect himself and sometimes that means killing something or someone. if you say to throw all cops that do this in jail i think more than 50% of cops would be in jail or suspend from duty. thus leading to a high crime rate in the city since the public wants to make cops the new criminals. so let them do their job and you not try and do their job because you have not done the training or courses to be a cop. oh and maybe you should stop doing stupid things to get tickets then you wouldnt complain so much.
You sound like siefert when you type this shit. You're the only one I know that likes him. So who better to type this then himself??

I used to be a SMPD Officer, I never fit in with the department and know to well the department politics. I was there in 2006-2007. This dog incident occurred after I left. I left cause they told me I was going to work on day shift for communication skills. yet the same day I went to day shift, they asked me to resign or get terminated. Whay to be a professional and honest organization. One Lt. told me one thing, yet they did something else. between then and now I went overseas with military, and now am a Fire Fighter.
