Free your cousin? Your cousin was driving under the influence and ran a stop sign, causing an accident that resulted in the loss of a great person. You're right, it COULD happen to anyone. And those same "anyones" need to be reminded why drinking and driving should never be paired. Does he need a strict sentence? No, he needs a fair one to go over his actions. I hope the next time he drinks, he will make the right decision to NOT drive.

this guy desevers life in prision for killing someone he's 19 yrs old, old enough to know what the hell he's doing. Don't give give that bull that was an accident if you can't hang stay your dumbass at home.

we are liable for any accident that happened because of our actions. It may be an Accident but there we have to face the consequences.
