"special Illinois housing program"

does that mean if you are from a certain ethnic population, don't got a lotta bread fred to put down on a house , little short on the education side of the ledger so you don't earn much money honey to help you pay for the upkeep of a home,( if you even know how to maintain a home) these nice well meaning liberals will help you get into a house so you can fail and default later dragging the home economy down even further than it is now???

we did all that when dodd ,frank, & reno messed with a great housing system years ago and the banks & economy still haven't recovered from the screw up they caused.

sure glad they didn't try to make them all doctors to get them a head start.....
