Does the town raise its money by preying on motorists passing through?

A lot of people have stopped going to Walmart in South Hill because of this. Someone needs to get a petition out and get signatures on it and take it to the City Council if they even have one

If your speeding,your speeding. The problem I have is that they seem to target the locals when they sit in the town of Lacrosse. We all know about quotas and revenue but the town was crying when they were not producing enough revenue from traffic tickets. You would think that they would be proud of the fact that people are obeying traffic laws and keeping the roads safe

How about a shocking video of an actual, bogus ticket written to a cruise controlled driver, who actually was able to record the traffic stop, and the video exposes the lies of this speed trap area?

Lacrosse is located in a great area for economic development. The Town Council would rather make their money from speeding tickets than attracting economic growth. I think they make somewhere in the neighborhood of 250,000 dollars with the police. But, suppose someone on the southern side of Lacrosse needs a cop fast? Barney will have to leave his post at the old Riders location, and his response time will be longer.

I feel it isd not a speed trap iuf the speed is posted and u go over it .... then when a bad accident happen it will be to late 5 or 6 miles but when it come to 10 or more thats dangerous and breaking law . then i do see they stop lot of out towners but it all is viewed as i guess we all wont agree no matter which way u look at it
