10 Things I Love About Kay County

I decided to post this after I read another funny post about hating Ponca. Here goes-

1) We're less than 2 hours from Wichita, Stillwater, and OKC.
2) We have a lot of great land to fish, hunt, paintball, and overall play on/in.
3) Most people are friendly and help you in times of trouble.
4) There isn't that much crime.
5) If you have the flu in the morning; by noon at least 3 people will call you and tell you they're sorry you're dying of cancer!:)
6) We have at least 6 good Chinese, Mexican, & Pizza restaurants.
7) This county's atmosphere is pretty laid back and easy going. I've lived in bigger cities where stress was a daily thing.
8) With all the great company "decisions" lately; everyone who stays should be able to buy a nice house cheap!(Thanks Tysons & Conoco- You're the best.)
9) Everyone gets along (Except certain city officials/employees w/ agendas) and trys to do what's right for the citizens.
10) Where else can you run your AC and heater in the same day? I love it when it's 70 one day and 35 the next. ;)

Do you know me? I HATE WAL-MART. They are one of the most un American companies in business! I shop there only in extreme emergencies and then I usually go to Wal Greens. I'd rather pay more at stores that actually still buy American products and treat the employees as best they can. The Evil Empire of today is not the Wal Mart Sam Walton built. If he were alive; I'm sure each of his greedy punk kids would've been slapped for selling out to the Chinese!!!
