That poor girl and her family. I hope these little bastards get what they deserve.
What a waste

What a waste of a promising life. Can't even imagine the turmoil she felt everyday, and despite all attempts her parents could do nothing to help her. When will the adults (teacher and administrators) who looked the other way be charged. Absolutely the kids involved should be held accountable, but ultimately the teachers and adminstrators hold the line of right and wrong in that school. Ignoring the behavior and letting this continue to the point that she felt the only relief she would have is death, is inexcusable. They should be prosecuted. Good start, but let's keep the charges coming.

People just dont know how to raise children today. I blame the parents of the Bulliers! I hope all those kids see some jail time. The parents deserve 100% of the blame. What losers and I hope they all have to pay $30,000 worth of legal bills.
I agree with "What a waste"....Good start now keep the charges coming".

you are right, the problem is at home. When you call home regarding a problem, the response is "you handle it, it happened at school". Kids get suspended and you ask if there were consequences at home and they say NO! I cannot believe some of the responses that parents give us.

Bullying does begin at home, kids imitate behavior they have seen before.

I hope those kids are made examples of. However I am sure we are going to hear what "good kids they are" next.

Most of those MFers will probably get a slap on the wrist. They should get life for the torment they caused that poor girl. Life is challenging enough without having someone constantly harrassing and taunting you!! People who do things like that will probably never learn how this tragedy could have been prevented if someone, anyone decided to go against the tormentors and help lift someones life, spirit out of that deep dark depression she suffered alone. I
am crying for that poor girl, someone I never met--but yet I wish I had the opportunity to speak to. Please let your children know that it's so important to be kind to others who may not seem to fit it--Show them the way people should be treated, If someone appears lost, help them, If at lunch time there isn't anywhere to sit, offer for them to sit with you!! It's small simple little things to you, but to the life of someone who's being bullied it means the world!!! YOU CAN JUST SAVE A LIFE!! I though we were put on this earth to take care of one another.. Think before you speak your words can weigh heavily on someone who is very down. The only solution to end this bullying is to try to feel how the victim feels. Hopeless at times, and you could be the one to help
Just start a conversation, walk with someone or simple be there for someone----bullying is senseless.... Bullys should be prosecuted to the maximun extent of the law.
Oh---Then there are the many school officials who knew, but decided to sweep it under the carpet..I have to agree they were as guilty as some of the bullying aggressors.. YOU KNEW YOU CHOOSE NOT TO ACT on this poor sweet girl's behalf SHAME ON YOU A THOUSAND X'S!!! When a complaint comes in to the school it must be acted on immmediately to assure the safety and well being of the victim as well as his/her right to a free and appropriate education!

I hope the law suit that is coming names all teachers, student, and anyone else knowing or harassing that young girl. Take all their $ and their parents$ and put them on skidrow!! You should hang the 9 students in a public square for all to see..if that was my daughter i would hunt down each one of you 9 and give you the same. Eye for an eye as the good book says.
