<quoted text>The lawyer is just doing his job! You are innocent until proven guilty in this country. We need defence lawyers as much as we need prosecuters. Are prosecuters scum when the make a case against an innocent man? There has to be a balance. You can't just put people away without do process. Maybe America isn't for you then. Maybe you would be happier in a dictatorship somewhere? Kill their parents too huh? What an idiot. Imagine if someone like you ran this country. WOW
They WERE found GUILTY. That is why they were in freaking prison, you dolt. They are just trying to get their records erased so they will be able to keep up their perverse lifetyle without any silly questions about their past arising, like "ever been convicted of a felony?" They shouldn't be allowed to walk down the street. Their victim will never be able to.

Very sick individuals out there? I hope you are referring to the two turds that killed an innocent kid, half their size, and then expect it all to go away because of who their family and connections are.

What connections? Everyone thinks these two are something from the godfather saga. They are tough talking cowards whos parents can afford somewhat of halfway decent prick of a lawyer.

Look at the origin of the comment you simple fool. The post I was commenting on said something to the effect of the lawyer defending these guys should be dead for doing so. I was never making any judgements on the case whatsoever you moron!

Your right karma is a bitch specially when the papers print that they kicked him to death... thats not even the true. Its too bad the papers print information to get a rise out of people. Yes, this was a tragic accident! This could have happened to anyone. It makes you think next time you get mad enough to fight someone, its not worth it. But for them its even worst because the papers want to print a better story to make it worst. Then people want to act better then them calling them out and saying things like theyd like to hang their family. I feel bad for people like that they must have alot of hate in their life. Like I said this could have happened to anyone so no one is better then them. Specially all the people on here saying they would like to kill them! I thought this page was to talk about Kelly and the loss? What has this world come to?

TRAGIC ACCIDENT???? The poor kid was trying to hide under a car and they dragged him out so they could beat himsome more!!! The sneaker impressions on the side of the poor kids head would make a normal person believe he had been kicked pretty hard a few time. These two are professional turds. By reading your blathering on this issue, it is quite plain that you have ABSOLUTELY no idea who you are talking about here.

Like I said its sad the papers print false information... there were NO sneaker prints in his head. But obviously you were there right? You know exactly what happened? People like you are funny until it happens to yourself or someone close to you. Like I said TRAGIC ACCIDENT!... no one was dragged out of a car. His friends he was with might have pulled him out? Maybe thats where your getting it confused? Next time you should sit there during the trial and listen to all the evidence then maybe you, yourself will make alittle more sense to all the people that were there and listened and charged them with involuntary manslaughter. But like I said you must have been there and know the story?

You obviously werent at the trial, there were no sneaker prints found on his head. You just read the papers and think you know what happened. Your right they did show pictures of his face and there were clearing no foot imprints or sneaker imprints. He didnt even have any bruising for that matter. People just like to gossip and act like they were there. People in small towns like to talk thats very clear. The twins have to deal with this for the rest of their lives on top of the five years the served in prison. I feel bad for everyone in this situation... it could have happened to anyone. People fight all the time. Its unfortunate it ended like this...
Its awful that Kelly Proctor had to die so young. I wish his family the best. RIP Kelly

They could have gotten 5 years because just "maybe" there was more to the story then Lisa Redman wants to print. Its not there fault she likes to print one side of the story.
You have obviously been given a big brain by mistake; or, you are related to or affiliated with the evil twins!

Wrong answer. I attended his wake: you could see the shoe prints and this despite the efforts of the undertaker.

Why not ownup to it? Isn't that what responsible people do? Why ignorantly support such a dispicable act?

Brainless, I guess.

You are an idiot: how does saying that it could have happened to anyone exonerate them? Would you say the same about a rape victim? Our laws are clear: they got off easy and should simply and quitely move on.

What does your god say to KP's mom and sister? It could have happened to anyone? These punks are less than men: they are dumb (clearly dumb, no college, KP was in college); they are cowards(one of them beat up their mom); they are bullies (ask anybody); and their dad willingly and deliberrately contributed to their behavior (I know, I saw him egg them on in beating up retarded kids many moons ago).

They are losers and always will be. Let them have their way. One day someone will ask them about that 4th of July. From that, they cannot hide.

BTW, Lowell Sun, this is asking for an appeal, not a repeal.
Actually the Sun is right, they aren't asking for an appeal, which is to have another trial while you are still in jail and trying to get out, a repeal is to take the charges away and have them totally off any record connected to your name.
