The McGuanes chased Proctor away from the fireworks field that night. Proctor was so scared that he crawled under a car to try to get away from these two animals. The McGuanes pulled him out from under the car and beat him while he was still on the ground. 2 against 1, punching and kicking a guy while he was on the ground. They are not good people and they deserve what they got.

Unbelievable! They should be in jail today, they murdered this young man and now they are trying to get it repealed? Take responsibility for your actions, but that will never happen. Do you ever wake up and think "if I didn't kick this kid in the head he would be alive today?"

They only get manslaughter because of a "mistake" Now they want to get away with an even lighter sentence. It is like illegals. The system works for them not for legal hard working citizens.

Poor Legal System

This is a result of a poor legal system. When a medical examiner makes a mistake, you let the individuals walk away. Boy, where are the victimís rights. Put yourself in the shoes of the victim's family. See it from their shoes.

I can't believe the two are out of jail already after having a part in another person's death. Shame on the ME who made the error. How could he have made such an error like that. So on a technicality, these boys get a reduced charge and on top of that they want the conviction overturned like it never happened. Amazing. Take some responsiblity and realize that what you did caused this kid his life! Grow up and be men!
pissed off

first off they got off with hardly any sentence in the first place cuz they are white and rich if the table were turned and it were two blacks killing one white kid they would lock em up and throw away the key! Now they want to have their conviction overturned bs!!! I hate this state they probably will get their conviction overturned and charge the state with wrongful conviction! These animals got less time than breaking and entering, assault or drugs why is that????? I knew Kelly he was a great guy! How dare they what a slap in the face!

3-5 Years for murdering someone, what a joke! Do you think if we actually punished discraces like these two we would have so much violent crime? I think not. Remember when this country was the home of the brave, those where the good ol days! Now we are the home of the politically correct, thats something to be proud of.

These two got away with everything throughout their entire High School Career. They got away with murder under the guise of manslaughter. Its been said already, but here you go THEY KILLED A KID, someone can nolonger laugh, no longer become a useful addition to his community, can no longer love his family because these two physicaly hurt him enough to kill him. The dead can't speak and thoes that need to do the speaking for them obviously can't do their jobs right either. Welcome to the state of Mass, where you can get away with murder.

I say let them out..an eye for an eye...Let Proctor's family have a good time beating them just as they did to that young man and lets make the fine parents who raised such sick monsters watch...they need to pay and in this case jail might not be enough. Come out and play BOYS! Dare YA!
